Abhyasa is a yoga lifestyle brand created to inspire the athletic drive deep inside the individual. A drive we feel is inherently designed to endure, and remain in a consistent evolution of forward progress.
My name is Daniel Searcy and I am the creator of Abhyasa. This company was founded out of pure necessity. There were just no functioning yoga bags on the market that could carry every tool a yogi needed to be fully prepared at any given moment.
I would watch fellow students fumble with carrying all of their yoga props into the studio and some times dropping things. I witnessed how the used equipment wasn’t being properly wiped down or cleaned, gross!
So I designed a sleek and amazing yoga bag that would house your blocks, your mat, your towels, a yoga strap, a water bottle, and even your phone and keys. With all items being out in the open for easy accessibility. Not to mention if you love hot yoga there is a place for a personal fan to keep you from overheating and allowing you to push through each class.
I fell in love with Yoga in November 2018 due to what I perceived at the time to be a tremendous loss. Yoga is an absolute life changing healing practice! With your consistent effort and determination to practice the rest of your life, you will be giving your body and soul the greatest gift possible!
